Each beautifully sculpted piece begins with a 16 or 48 oz copper blank. The blank slate is then hand hammered and chiseled into a truly unique piece or copper art. Using only hammers and anvils, NO MOLDS, the copper is shaped. The copper must be annealed, or heated, to remain malleable while working. During the heating process each piece begins to take on its unique look.
Once the copper is annealed, chiseled and hammered to satisfaction, the piece is coated with acrylic to seal the one of a kind patina so it will remain as it is for years to come.
